Partner's
power cutting tools are ideal for heavy construction cutting work in stone, asphalt,
concrete, steel.
These
machines have high-strength engines and a high, smooth torque, even with large
cutting disks and increased material cutting depths. Partner saws reduce
vibration efficiently and have Partner's revolutionary Active Air Filtration filter
system which filters away the cutting dust from the intake air.
The
world's first hand-held power cutters were invented
by Partner in 1958, mainly for emergency services. In a short time, fire
and rescue departments all over the world were equipped with these new rescue
tools from Partner. Cutoff Saws from Partner include:- Partner K700 Active

Why
Chose Partner Saws:
Work
Environment using Partner K700/K750/K950 or K1250: The usefulness of Partner's
new power cutters for cutting stone, concrete, brick and asphalt were discovered
by the construction industry. Since that time, Partner has continued to refine
and improve the technology of material cutting. The work environment of the user
is of high consideration in new product development for Partner cutting tools.
Improved
Construction Productivity with the Partner
K700/K750/K950 or K1250:: Partner succeeded in creating power
cutters that greatly decrease the amount of work required to complete a construction
project. Real efficiency for getting the job done can only be discussed when
the cutting tools offer greater precision and less effort. It is this work efficiency
that maintains Partner in front of the competition.
Partner Power Cutter, A Brief History of the Construction Tool:
The
Partner power cutter was first launched in 1958 as a chain saw accessory. It was
developed due to a request from the air rescue team at a Stockholm airport for
a new cutting tool capable of freeing passengers quickly in the event of a plane
crash. These cutting tools became very popular with fire departments around the
world. These rescue teams realized Partner power cutters were invaluable tools
for both rescue work and fire fighting. And it did not take long for professional
working in the construction industry to see just how useful these cutting tools
were for many construction applications, such as for cutting stone, tile, steel
and concrete.
Evald Carlson: The Founding Father of Partner Industrial:
Here
is the story of Evald Carlson, the person they still call "Mr. Partner":
In
1958 when Evald Carlson worked as a salesman, he was asked a question by the rescue
services at Bromma Airport, Stockholm, Sweden. "Would it be possible to cut a hole in a fuselage with a chain
saw?" In those years, such a test had not been tried before. Evald promised to
research this effort. As Evald drove away from the airport he was thinking about
how he could find an efficient power source for this new cutting tool. His idea
was to combine the power source in the chain saw with the rescue services' abrasive
cutting wheel. Days later Evald returned to Bromma Airport and put
his invention to use. Soon the teams found it was very easy to cut through the
fuselage. Many individuals still call Evald Carlson "Mr. Partner". When he was
active in the company as a sales manager, his concept developed into what came
to be one of the best power cutters in the world.
Top
Reasons to Chose a Partner Saw (K700,
K750, K950 and K1250):
Active Air Filtration: Cutting dust is the enemy of all gasoline powered
cutters such as the K950 since it gets sucked into the engine and wears down piston,
cylinder and bearings.
Active Air Filtration, a combination of three separate
filter systems, is one of the many Partner breakthroughs for cutoff saws include
the Partner K700, K750, K950 and K1250.
Smart Carb: The built-in filter compensation in SmartCarb allows the cutoff
saw's engine to have the correct fuel /air mixture even when the filter is slightly
clogged. This means the engine retains full power for longer cutting periods,
extending the service life of the filter of your Partner K Series saw.
Easy Start: A high-compression engine makes you pull hard on the starter
cord. With the Easy Start decompression valve, this problem is solved easily and
effectively. When you want to start, you just press the button that opens the
valve. The Easy Start valve reduces the compression in the cylinder during the
start, which means less wear on the starter assembly. Easy Start reduces the
force necessary to start the engine by 50%.
Dura Start: The starter is virtually maintenance free thanks to a unique,
patented design - DuraStarter - that seals the return spring and pulley wheel
bearing. A number of seals prevent dust from entering the vital parts of the saw's
starter. DuraStarter has a starter cord in one of the most hard-wearing polymer
materials on the market.
Dual Charge: The secret behind the Dual Charge technology is the use of
twin scavenging ducts, one for clean air and one for air mixed with fuel. A barrier
of clean air forces out the burnt gases and the air mixed with fuel is then taken
in. This results in a more powerful engine, better fuel economy, a reduction in
emissions by 70% and less exhaust odor compared to previous generations of cutters.
The fuel mixture that passes through the bearings and pistons is also more concentrated
and lubricates the motor more efficiently. The Dual Charge technology allows the
engine to start more quickly, as only the duct with concentrated fuel mixture
is used at start-up.
Automatically Lubricated Clutch Bearing: Automatic lubrication
of the clutch bearing gives increased service life and more reliable functionality.
Working in extremely dusty, dry and warm environments, the bearing is heavily
exposed. The automatic lubrication system reduces the risk of seizing for the
bearing, and therefore means increased reliability and reduced maintenance for
your Partner K750, K950 and K1250 Partner construction saw.
Enclosed Transmission: The enclosed transmission protects the drive
belt from dust and moisture. Having an enclosed transmission means reduced wear,
longer service intervals and fewer service interruptions.
Reversible Cutting Arm for Cutting Close to Walls and Floors: This capability is sometimes
the only thing which makes it possible to carry out certain jobs, such as cutting
close to walls or the ground. For normal work the cutting arm should be returned
to its normal position, however, for the most ergonomic balance.
Easily Adjustable Blade Guard: To make it easier and more comfortable
to cut, Partner has developed a completely new blade guard with rubber berarings.
A unique locking system makes it much easier to set the guard to the correct position
even while cutting.
Ergonomic Design: Here you can turn the power cutter (K700, K750,
K950 and K1250) around and grab unto the benefits of the ergonomic and comfortable
design of our machines. Thanks to the well balanced design with a slim machine
body, the job becomes more efficient and easier with a Partner construction cut-off
saw. Because there is a perfect distance between the handles and they are aligned
with the blade, the whole power cutter is very easy to handle ensuring the cutting
action and stability is at its optimum and perfectly balanced. The Partner power
cutters have an excellent anti-vibration system. A minimum of vibration levels
are transferred to the operator, providing maximum control and comfort.
For
the best construction cutting tools in the world, Partner Cut-Off Saws (K700,
K750, K950 and K1250) is your answer to robust, efficient saws and cutting tools.
